We moved to Maine in the Summer of 2015. We had spent 2 months the summer prior constructing the kiln. Since moving here our knowledge of our kiln has grown exponentially with every firing. We have also began opening our studio space to a few people to allow them the experience of making pottery, the thrill of firing with wood, and develop a sense of community around ceramics. This is but a stepping stone in our exploration of clay and we're excited to see where our adventures lead us next.
